Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide

Phenylpiracetam hydrazide is a synthetic racetam where the amide group of phenylpiracetam is replaced with a hydrazide group. This compound, also known as fonturacetam hydrazide, was first reported by Russian researchers in 1980's. Phenylpiracetam hydrazide enhances memory, concentration, and alertness has neuroprotective with antidepressant and anxiolytic properties. Phenylpiracetam hydrazide increases metabolism, enhance endurance, and improve athletic performance and due to an increase body temperature helps with cold weather tolerance. Phenylpiracetam hydrazide may have potential as an adjunctive treatment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It is reported to improve cognitive functions such as memory, concentration, and alertness, which are often challenging for individuals with ADHD. The compound is noted for its stimulant-like effects, increasing the effectiveness of dopamine in the brain, similar to traditional ADHD medications like Ritalin and Adderall, but without some of the common stimulant side effects such as increased heart rate or irritability.
