My bench press is up over the past 4 weeks and significantly over the two weeks I started taking S4. I started taking 20mg for 7 days and added another 20mg(40 total per day) for last 7 days. I added the S4 after being on(am still on) 20mg Ostarine, 15 mg Cardarine, and 20mg SR9009 per day for 2 weeks(4 weeks now). I feel leaner even with some added weight; I have gained about 5lbs this past month. Initially, my cardio output also had by about 6-8 percent but has since returned to just above what it was before; I wonder if my added weight has contributed to this. Thanks again 99.
